Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on rushph. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using the identities of others, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. rushph employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any violation will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rushph account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login information to any third party and to notify rushph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. rushph shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3. Prohibited Jurisdictions and Legal Compliance

rushph operates in compliance with applicable gaming regulations in the Philippines. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of rushph services complies with all local, national, and international laws and regulations governing online gaming in their jurisdiction of residence. If online gaming is illegal in your jurisdiction, you are prohibited from accessing or using rushph services.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of funds from your rushph account balance at any time, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions. Withdrawal requests are processed through the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise specified or technically infeasible. rushph aims to process withdrawal requests within 5-15 minutes for e-wallet transactions and within 1-4 hours for bank transfers, though actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Before processing any withdrawal, rushph may require you to complete account verification procedures, including submission of valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 4.3 Transaction Fees

rushph does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, for which rushph bears no responsibility. Any fees charged by payment providers will be deducted from the transaction amount by the provider.

5. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

All bets placed on rushph are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error, rushph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant player accounts.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

rushph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or improper activity
• Failure to complete account verification procedures
• Extended period of account inactivity
• Request for self-exclusion or account closure by the user

Upon account termination, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonuses or winnings obtained through prohibited activities) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. rushph's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and rushph regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and rushph.
